This is the one that sets the bar high for other Carnivals around the world.          

One awesome feature of the Carnival is that along with being a spectator, you can join-in in all the fun by becoming a participant in the parade. If participants want to watch the parade on the same night, then they would need to buy a separate ticket and costume. After their role in the parade, they will be presented with a wristband that would allow them to return to their seats on the arena. The official parades are not open to the public.
