Baggage Policy

Carry-On Allowance:

Passengers are permitted any number of carry bags as long as they adhere to the following requirements:

• Must fit in the overhead bin or below the seat in front of you.
• The total dimensions of the carry-bags must not exceed 45 inches.
• The total weight must not exceed 22 lbs.

Checked Baggage Allowance:

For the passengers flying from/to USA and territories, Mexico, Canada, the Caribbean, South and Central America:

• A maximum of 2 bags are allowed.
• The dimensions of the bag must not exceed 62 linear inches (length + width + height).
• The maximum weight of the bag must not exceed 50 lbs for the economy class passengers and 70 lbs for the business class passengers.

For the passengers flying from/to most other destinations:

• The maximum weight of the baggage must not exceed 44 lbs in economy class, 66 lbs in business class and 88 lbs in first class.
