Air Tahiti Nui allows one piece and one personal item as carry-on baggage.
The maximum weight and dimensions should not exceed 22lbs. and 45 inches.
In addition to the carry-on baggage, one personal item that should not weigh over 6 lbs. is allowed to be carried as the carry-on baggage. Personal items include a handbag, laptop, camera, infant bag, baby food, etc.
Checked Baggage
For Moana Economy Class passengers, Air Tahiti Nui allows one piece with maximum weight up to 50lbs.The maximum dimension of such a piece of checked baggage should not exceed 62 inches.
The Poerava Business Class passengers flying with Air Tahiti Nui flights can carry two items with maximum weight up to 70lbs and the maximum permitted dimensions of the same are 62 inches.
Infants in all categories are allowed one piece and one folding stroller with maximum weight up to 22lbs and the maximum dimensions of the same should not exceed 62 inches.
If you’re a frequent flyer, i.e. Gold & Silver Club member, you are allowed to carry one extra bag.
